Cambium Network Free Login No work, but card login work ! General questions and topics about hsnm

Hi,
Now I use Cambium Networks E400 firmware lastest stable ( Recommend version ).
First, I config no need to login, the user can use free internet directly after click ( value box ).
But Free login is no working still ( loading ).
So i change to config, log in with card manager, this one is work.
I don't know why? Please guide me!

sincerelly I don't know why it didn't work for you with a free domain. I've just tried in our LAB and it works like a charm so there isn't any bug or problem on ver. 6.1.90.
Are you sure to have rightly set the radius inside the cambium? Did you try to set "without registration but with password request" as "authentication mode" on the domain? Is the problem the same?

Hi,
There is no issue ( problem ) login with ' without register and log in with password '.

And Strange condition, I found, In E400 have the problem for Free login But In E430 no issue no problem for any method login.
I don't know why, the same image version ( firmware ).

I don't know....surely the latest HSNM stable ver. 6.1.90 doesn't have any problem or BUG with Cambium cnPilot.
In our LAB I used a cnPilot E400 and it works like a charm, so probably there is something wrong on your E400
