Advertiser Prepaid Balance General questions and topics about hsnm

Dear Support,
Please guide on my following queries:
1.How can I increase or reduce advertizer prepaid balance.
2.How can I add a new balance on the existing campaign when the campaign suspends for balance.
3.Advertiser's Credit Amount not reducing from its total credit. Credit is reducing every day from the very beginning on the same balance which I have declared.

Hi,
1) You cannot. You can add a credit or delete the current one then re-add it.
2) You've to manually enable it after manually modify the total/day budget.
3) from the advertiser dashboard you can see the total remaining amount left. We can see the credit goes down (please note that you've to set the impression cost) by our side.

I can see the advertiser remaining amount left in the dashboard but my question is, shouldn't it start reducing from the remaining amount to the very next day?

Both into ADV and Advertiser you can see amounts decreasing almost instantaneously (you need to refresh by clicking double arrow icon).

I am not clear to you. Let's say I have 10k total credit and already used 5k for clicking and impression purpose so remain credit balance for today 5k, when it comes to the next day it starts decreasing the amount from 10k again, not from the remain balance 5k.

The advertiser has a Total amount(z) of pre-sold Credit.
The campaign has a Total amount(y), then a daily amount (x).

Your daily amount of advertising will be X, till you spend Y.
If you have multiple campaigns the will show until Y1+Y2+T3+etc will consume Z.

Under the campaign dashboard, you will see DAILY campaign costs.
Every day you will see X - spent credit.
