Hi one of our customers uses Paypal to process hotspot subscriptions. Their users have started to get many problems when they try to pay.
Instead of the usual Paypal login screen as attached (which is shown if I select the User Interface Preview in HSNM), they get one of the two attached screens where there is no clear method to process the payment so they are unable to get WiFi access.

We are running HSNM 7.0.194

By the way it would be great if you could offer an alternative processor to PayPal that is available in the UK (we do not like PayPal), e.g. Stripe.

What did your customer do before the problem start? This is the first question to ask to troublshoot an issue...
Anyway, seems that the paypal CSS is not loaded and generally this happend if one or more paypal URL is not present on the walled-garden

HSNM supports many kind of payment gateways; you can find them under "Currency and payments system" menù. Unfortunatly at the moment it doesn't support stripe

The system has been running with the same configuration for 2 years no problem.
The customer has done nothing except upgrade gateway about 2 months ago from 6.43 to 6.46

The following hosts are in the walled garden:

We are not running the PaypalResolve script on the gateway

I know the list of payment providers. Unfortunately Paypal is the only one which works in UK.

Please enable the PaypalResolve scripts inside the GW. The script must be enable to resolve the HTTPS Paypal URLS and add the IP inside the walled-garden
