How to connect MEWS PMS with HSNM via API General questions and topics about hsnm

Dear all,

A customer of ours (a Hotel) requested that their customers login to HSNM with a username as "Room number" and a password that will be provided.
Therefore they want to be able to see which room connected and when through their MEWS PMS Interface.

Is this possible? and how can it be implemented?

Hi,
You can create a domain managed by the operator then create every "room" user then manage your Password (you can choose "user the room number" under "request the username" configuration).
This can be done through a "connector" that uses Hsnm API in order to set the password.
We have several users that have written their own code in order to connect their software with the Hsnm in order to accomplish your request.
