Hi,

Is it possible to import users from an Excel spreadsheet, and have HSNM autogenerate the Username as it would were a user to register manually?

Hi,
yes, you can by exporting users from "tools for managing data" then compile your excel with all the data, then reimport it.

Thanks for replying.

The domain currently has no users in it, so when I download the Excel file its blank with just the headings. When I add users to the Excel sheet and import, it imports just one user and leaves the username blank. Am I doing something wrong? I want to be able to populate a new domain with users from the Excel file.

It's a good idea to insert a user via web GUI then copy and paste the "schema" to other users into the spreadsheet.
