FIRMWARE UPGRAGE If you installed HSNM just now, and don't know where to start - ask here!

Hi, good morning. i am unable to update to the latest firmware for my box. the IP on it is 197.251.214.52. The message that appears is "update service unavailable." the downgrade / upgrade page do not open for you to choose the version you want. Also setting up round robin do not work. not sure if as a result of the issues described earlier

Thanks, can you please login and check for me. i am able to ping using cmd but not from the box. it seems something is wrong with my box. please find attached.

Your IP is not pingable/reachable from the outside so this let me think that all your problem depends on excessive firewalling.
Please try to ping and ensure that your HSNM can reach those 2 URLs as written in the post before.
If those 2 steps don't solve your issue please allow us to reach your HSNM via WEB and SSH access.

From 197.251.194.69 icmp_seq=165 Destination Host Unreachable
From 197.251.194.69 icmp_seq=166 Destination Host Unreachable
From 197.251.194.69 icmp_seq=167 Destination Host Unreachable
From 197.251.194.69 icmp_seq=168 Destination Host Unreachable

thanks, i cant tell if it is anything from my ISP but i doubt since i have two boxes and the other one was able to upgrade. 197.251.232.43. personally i have not block any ip

it is interesting because google.com is not pinging from the hsnm box. something is wrong

Firewall is disabled on the connecting modem. thanks
