I don't restart the system and external dB for long time

I've checked your domain, and again, I cannot see problems.
Here an example:

All those highlighted fields, will cause the user disconnection, and once the Radius receives it, the dot will become red, so the user is disconnected from the system.
Please note that is the DOT the option that tells you that a user is disconnected. The human shape icon it tells you that the user is expired:

those are fake online users , my gateway not have online users from week ago,
if we can schedule a remote session to check this

We solved 2 problems:
- session timeout doesn't consider the product expiration. Now with version 260, the problem is fixed.
- Nas in some cases seems that doesn't send the stop record. We kicked out all users from the gw and now the numbers of connected users are equal.
