RADIUS Attributes

by infosey » 13 May 2021, 11:25

HI!
Is it possible to use a different radius attribute not include in the list? In case it is possible, how can I do it?

Yes sure.
You can add Radius attributes by editing a single user:

Or at the policy level:

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Can you share with us which ones you need?
Those are the attributes linked to our vendors' dictionaries.

Please give us the motivation to add this Attribute because I need to forward it to developers to motivate any implementation.

There is a Ruckus authentication method called Dynamic PSK that can use a RADIUS server to authenticate users without using WPA2-Enterprise. For that authentication method that attribute should be sent from the radius server to validate the user.

This is a Microsoft attribute and it is present in its dictionary that actually we do not use.
