Our monitoring system detects very few connections that fully comply with the visual identity requirements, and in some cases none: In summary, the days in which the system has detected that at least 70% of the connected users are marked in green meet the technical requirements for visual identity; in yellow, days where there are less than 70% of connections that meet the requirements.

We have received a notice of malfunction of the Wifi4EU captive portal. They tell us that there are many days that visual identity is not presented in at least 70%. But it should always be presented ... How is this possible?
