HSNM won't redirect due to https

by gfun » 26 Apr 2022, 15:13

Hi,
I'm trying to configure HSNM with Ruckus vSZ.
vSZ and HSNM are behind Mikrotik CHR but with different public IPs. (all ports are redirected to HSNM).
WISP is configured and captive portal shows every time when I connect to SSID. After I try to login (Logging in progress) and try to accept surf, browser redirects to google with https.
After that I have this message.
I tried with other browsers but it is same.

www.google.com normally uses encryption to protect your information.
When Brave tried to connect to www.google.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials.
This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be www.google.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection.
Your information is still secure because Brave stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit www.google.com right now because the website uses HSTS.
Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

I also noticed that gateway is not connected when I'm checking users at HSNM.

Hi,
have you enabled redirection after login?
Do you have errors in the Syslog?
Please provide us with as many details as possible.
Thank you.

Hi,

https redirect is enabled.
I cannot find anything except this in syslog for auth.
Information! Authentication for User free@hsnmhost, Gateway Name = hsnmhost, Mac = ENCxyz

Do you have time for 10 mins remote session tomorrow?
