MONITOR HW GATEWAY

Hello I have installed my Gateway and an access point

The access point goes up well in monitoring Color Green


The gateway is well connected, the captive portal is ok

But the Gateway monitoring is Orange


captive portal is ok with https

What is the problem

Orange means Critical and is referred to the Gateway ( you can see the same icon from the left tree menu and the gateway dashboard map).
Ensure your Gw notification are set to YES and your Gw is sending to the HSNM status by checking the HWMonitor script status.

HELLO the notification is in YES

I receive the status connected by email from the gateway it's ok
but the the status icon remains in critical color
i put the hwmonitor in 30 cesonds for test
How can we know if the communication between the gateway and HSNM is done well, from mikrotik
in terminal for mikrotik ping my.adresseiphsnm timeout

So please allow 80 TCP and 443 TCP traffic from GW towards HSNM in your networking to allow monitoring to work.

The problem was due to a networking issue, not related to the HSNM.
