Final users not login on proper gateway HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi!
We have few users that are login on none Gateway. This happens only with certain users and they are always the same ones.
Please tell us how should we solve this problem.

'FrancosRodriguez' is gateway's name for this three users but it's only appearing on two. This happens to many more users, is just an example.

what do you mean they connect on None gateway? What do these users really do?
Do you have further details? We cannot help with a few pieces of information.

This users are connected physically to same gateway, and same location. But on the logs and the back-end menu it doesn't show up.
Before they were appearing on a different gateway called 'Barrafon' but this gateway hasn't been ever used. After we delete the gateway 'Barrafon' this users are appearing to log on 'none' gateway, but it's just log and back-end appearence, in fact they are login on 'FrancosRodriguez' gateway.

I don't know if I explained myshelf correctly.

Hi again

We have created again the gateway 'Barrafon' and as you can see below, some users appear here.
When this users were created 'Barrafon' gateway didn't even exist, but they have been loged on there.

I attach a capture of the menu 'Display all users who use this gateway' down below

The developers clarified this point.
In the event that the login is not recognised and linked to a gateway, it is assigned to the first in alphabetical order within the domain.
So you probably did not enter the Mac addresses of the APs under the main gateway and as Barrafon was before Coliving, when you entered Barrafon, all logins the system applied them to the wrong gateway.
To solve this please add all APs MAC Addresses for that Controller, under HSNM Gw mac address by separating them with a ",".
