Can you show us the ID of the 2 wifi interfaces of your Mikrotik?

Please try not to enable the wifi module inside the gw configuration:

Then reconfigure your gw from scratch.

Then add manually the wifi module to the Hotspot Bridge:

then set the wifi module with AP BRIDGE mode:

And turn it on.
