Permissions required for export of sales HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi - what permissions are required to make an export of sales?
I have created a Manager User but I can't get the filter option to appear under Export of Sales for Users unless I enable all the default permissions for this level of user (Admin rights etc). See attached screenshot where you see no filter option and the set of permissions I have enabled.

I srtrill can't find the corect permissions for a Manager User to filter and export sales data.
It does not work even with data management tool enabled.
