Hi,
The error "Error. The Login procedure cannot contact the gateway" appears for those 3 major reasons:
1. the HSNM can't respond to the Gw and release the possibility to the hotspot user. In this case, you must check HTTP/HTTPS/Radius traffic between HSNM and GW
2. the product policy or the product has something wrong in it. Must recheck the data.
3. For non-Mikrotik Gw, it could be a walled garden address missing or HTTPS incompatibility
This is totally unlinked from the expired Maintenance.
