I've been away for a bit. Rollback worked fine and solved the problem.

About the make and models, I'm not at the site so it is a bit hard for me to say, I'll try to find out.

we have just tried to rollback one of our HSNM to 6.1.57. We have used a Samsung S8 with the latest Android update and the CNA still close after user is logged in.

If you could provide us, by writing an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com, URL, credentials and the gateway name where you were facing the problem we will perform some test configuring one of our Gateway with your configuration.

can you explain us better which is your issue that you faced with version 6.1.67? Steve have an issue where CNA is automatically closed when the user is logged in and click un "Surf": did you have the same issue?

I've just tried to configure a Mikrotik with a configuration file downloaded from your HSNM (ver. 6.1.57) but the issue is the same: the CNA on Samsung device is automatically closed when you click on "Surf". This means that the issue is not related to HSNM version but to something on Samsung device

Any help to reproduce the issue is appreciated

No then I misunderstood it I guess, I had Android devices that dit not get the portal. Sorry. But is still a problem, should I open a new topic?

Can you also provide us as much information as possible about the affected devices? Android version, brand etc...

Otherwise it will be difficult for us trying to simulate the problem and fixing it.
