Duplicate Logs

Thanks for the update to fix the payment gateways.
We notice on export still some duplicate records and on testing payments being declined and logged now in syslog we note duplicate entries.  Of interest maybe this relates to duplicate sales on exports?

I've just tried on our HSNM to do some payments with Payment Express but I haven't any duplicate entry on sales export

Also, if I decline a PaymentExpress payments, I only see  one error on the System Log

Are you using the latest version? Can you tell us more informations in order to replicate the problem in our lab? Is the error random or does it always happen?

Hi,
Always been an issue, but duplicates have been reducing over time... still a few left and now that we have Transaction ID they are easier to find.
