API Calls

by spike » 17 Jul 2017, 13:45

We're seeing alot of payments coming up as API calls but we don't support or have any API transactions in our system currently, is there anywhere I can look to understand why?

Hi Spike
When were the transactions (payments) made? With which HSNM version did they make?
If they were made with an HSNM version before 5.0.108 they could be transactions (payments) made from printer.
Starting from version 5.0.108 the Transactions Type" are changed; now they are:

0 = Free Authentication Mode  -> are transacations made for users created sending an SMS or for the user free@nomedominio (the user for domain without registration).
1 = PayPal     -> are transcations made for users that paid with Paypal
2 = MobilePay     -> are transcations made for users that paid with MobilePay
3 = Reassign Free Product   -> are transcations made when the system reassign the Free product to the user
4 = Update users    -> are transactions made when the button "Updates users" is clicked on the product
5 = Mollie     -> are transcations made for users that paid with Mollie
6 = Users Import   -> are transcations made when you import users from an external file
7 = AuthorizeNet   -> are transcations made for users that paid with AuthorizeNet
8 = SagePay    -> are transcations made for users that paid with SagePay
9 = PayFast    -> are transcations made for users that paid with PayFast
10 = Eway    -> are transcations made for users that paid with Eway
11 = PaymentExpress   -> are transcations made for users that paid with PaymentExpress
12 = Pesapal    -> are transcations made for users that paid with Pesapal
13 = Checkout    -> are transcations made for users that paid with Checkout
14 = PayUBiz    -> are transcations made for users that paid with PayUBiz
50 = Mail Validation   -> are transcations made when user validate its e-mail address
51 = API Call    -> are transcations made for users created through an API call
52 = Printer Card   -> are the cards (not voucher) created from the Printer
53 = Complimentary   -> are transcations made for users that use Complimentary access to login
54 = Backend Operator   -> are transcations made for users created from the Backend (so by the Operator).
55 = Frontend Free Product  -> are transcations made when a user choose a Free product from the FrontEnd during the registration process
56 = SMS activation   -> are transcations made when a user is created by an SMS
100 = Voucher Activation  -> are transcations made when users use a Voucher to buy a product
101 = Backend Card   -> are the cards created from the BackEnd

Best regards

Hi,

API calls on multiple sites, sometimes they're cards, sometimes they're Complimentary Access, but never are they API.

Version of HSNM is 5.0.134
