What's the reason for changing export files from csv to xslx? It is much easier to import csv into 3rd-party systems like databases etc. than xlsx

the reason is the formatting of data. csv file doesn't have it and may create problems with data usage.
Usually, users who need to integrate data with third party software, use API.
