Users don't work after update

by rune » 21 Jun 2018, 15:31

Hi
We updated the network manager, however the update seemed to fail.
I have one specific customer that the users he create won't work.
He dont get any errors when he try to log in with the user.
They just turn back to the wlcome portal.
We have tried to create new users without any luck, same thing happens with new users.

Anyway I figured it out. For some reason some of the configuration was changed after update.
Aut mode was changed to with operator registration. Or so it seems anyway.

Hi Rune
No, it can't that an upgrade process changes the settings that you made.
The HSNM upgrade process simply copy the new software version and eventually add new DB fields, but it doesn't change the settings that you made.

Best regards
