We are trying to link to an image on a website but when we link to it via the custom app it is in its native size and does not resize. We are also unable to zoom in/out when the image loads, only move left/right/up/down using the frame. We have tested on IOS and Chrome via Android

We have tested this on both 6.0.164 & 6.1.43

it's related to the CSS. You can manage this through the CSS of the custom App.

The custom app is an external type link and therefore the custom CSS is not applicable.

We don't seem to be able to pinch to zoom etc and can only use the scroll bars within the frame.

Please let me know if you would like me to show you the example of the issues we are having

Hi Steve,

sorry but custom CSS can be set to the content of the custom app or to the container.
It's not possible to set CSS to external pages that must be managed by who publish the content.
