Same user on different gateways HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hello,

I have a domain with several gateways based on seperate venues.

I found out that same user exists on 2 gateways with same id and username and some connection log.
As you understand it is impossible to be on two different locations at same time.

Is this a bug?

Users belong to domain not to gateways; what you can see on the gateway is a list of the users that used that gateway.
Anyway please tell us the HSNM version that you are using and also share some screenshots that explain the problem and, if you can, a steps to reproduce it.

Version is 6.1.89

I check users on gateway level users who has used this gateway.
I understand that same users may have been to oth venues so it appears on both gateways.

But when i check user connections logs i saw same log for both gateways.
That's my concern

Hi Kostas
Please share some screenshots that show this issue and also give us more informations on how to reproduce the issue.
In addition to it, please upgrade your HSNM to the latest STABLE version (6.1.90) and clear the HSNM cache, then check again
