hi there, i have issues with license updates

Error! Check license. Service is not connected or webservice is null (/functions/checklicense ->UpdateLicense)

i can ping atlante.prometeo.com, but i dont hink the ping works at all, because i can ping any dns

Hi,
From version v7 URLs to verify are:

• - license.prometeo.com
  - license1.prometeo.com

So in order please:

• - Check if your HSNM can reach license.prometeo.com and license1.prometeo.com firstly via HSNM ping utility.
  - Check if your Firewall allows HTTPS (port 443) and HTTP (port 80) traffic toward those 2 URLs
