all my hsnm printers giving error

Hi, all my HSNM printers are giving error at the point of issuing time. the last major changes to my system is updating HSNM to the latest firmware and also using high availability. I have since the time downloaded and applied the new configuration to the printers. they have worked for day and all of a sudden error messages. help

Can youse please tell us which version of HSNM do you currently use?
Can you give us major details of the error you receive, maybe a screenshot?

I first press F1, CHOOSE CARD AND CHOOSE THE PRODUCT, THEN THE ERROR FOLLOWS. SEE ATTACHED.

Hi Patrik
Please check to have defined, inside the domain, at least one product with the option to be printed
In addition to that please give us your HSNM version and the printer firmware.
Please also send to HSNM mail support the URL to reach your HSNM in case we need it.
