Can´t validate WIFIEU

by vserna » 24 Jul 2020, 16:06

From the validator of the portal for wifi4eu, they send us this message with the requirements to be solved:

Good Morning,
Thanks for your message.
There is still a problem with visual identity.
I enclose the installation guide that describes the requirements for visual identity. You are currently using a graphic that is intended for stickers on access points, not the captive portal.
Please insert the correct logo like this:
<img id = "wifi4eubanner" src = "https://collection.wifi4eu.ec.europa.eu ... 4EU-ES.svg">
The easiest is if you give it a width of 100% and a fixed aspect ratio of 3.5.
Greetings,

Attached screenshot of our current portal. I would need to be able to include code in the portal, but when uploading the header image I cannot parameterize it
Can you tell me how I could solve it?

Hi,
you cannot put the WIFI4EU banner inside an iFrame because it is not at 100% width.
You can choose between 2 choices:

- Under template configuration: enable welcome portal customization, set default app: default, put under Custom HTML: <p><center><img id="wifi4eubanner" style="width:100%;"></center></p>

- Under template configuration: disable customization, intro type: one or more images from URLs or static images, static images URL:leave it blank

In both cases, you will be WIFI4EU compliant.
Have a nice day
