Facebook validation for platform General questions and topics about hsnm

Hello,
I am using hsnm platform to configure hotspot login from social network (facebook).
Everything is ok but today i received an email from facebook when is required some information and i dont know how to provide it.

Platforms affected: Connect URL.


- Detailed instructions describing how our reviewers can access your platform
- Valid credentials for us to login to your app and test/review its functionality and its use of any Facebook API integration

I only have admin credentials to hsnm platform which i dont think i can give them for security politics.
Can anybody help me telling how i can provide those information.

Hi Silvi,
the possibilities are:
- request app validation
- create a new app
This kind of problem occurs only ones to us and we choose the second option primarily because Facebook app validation is a very long process.
