have you elaborate any hardware requirement guide depending on license level and expected concurrent users?

Also, have you perform any performance test with one of your appliances? We are interested in expected CPU usage, RAM and disk usage, as a potential customer have inquiry us about it.

No, I am sorry but we haven't any HW spec depending on number of connected users because System load is not depending by only the number of user but, for example, also by the activity (search, export/import, data analysysm etc) made by the HSNM System users like Administrator, Reseller or Manager.
