Hello,

I've got a strange issue where one user can't get the recharge screen to load to topup their account. Other accounts are working fine and can load the recharge page, we got this particular user to register for a new account and they recharged without issue.

The top bar of the page loads, but nothing else.

I'm a bit stumped with this one.

Hi Dean,
can you please specify the HSNM version you're on?
Have you already tried to empty HSNM cache?
