We want to ask i there is any way to have some devices (using f.e. their MAC address) to have always access to the internet without the need to login.

Yes, you have to add the MAC-ADDRESS on the IP-BINDINGS inside the Mikrotik  Gateway (on Hotspot menù).
You can use this command inside the "Custom Commands" field on the GW

/ip hotspot ip-binding add mac-address=DEVICE-MAC type=bypassed  (for example /ip hotspot ip-binding add mac-address=00:13:02:2E:8A:C5 type=bypassed)

Hi Mirkos

Yes, but if you reconfigure your mikrotik GW you will loose it.
I advise to put the command on Custom Commands and also run it from the mikrotik console
