HSNM is not a software to install but an all-in-one virtual appliance provided as a Vmware Player machine.
So what you need is a vmware enviroment

Dear Support,
We have purchased HSNM Appliance, now would like to make a backup of Whole server to another AWS cloud.
Found following earlier post, but tere is no content while I clicked on :

Ovftool is not an HSNM product and you cannot download it from our site.
You can download it instead, from the official VMWare site: https://www.vmware.com/support/developer/ovf/
There aren't any particular precaution, just follow official product guidelines.

We have HSNM Hardware, only Interface to system is Web. There is no way to download "ovftool " and run that.
Please guide me on how to complete backup procedure (step by step) for "HSNM Hardware appliance".
