Hi jnsilver,
that log means that a customer/user didn't complete the registration process and its HSNM user, that hasn't got a product assigned yet, has been deleted.
In certain registration process, for example when an user has to pay for a product or when an user has to send a sms confirmation, HSNM user is created during the registration process waiting to for a product to be assigned to it after the payment or the receiving of a sms confirmation.
If the user doesn't proceed with the payment or doesn't send sms, HSNM deletes the user created during the registration process and in the log you will see "...for incomplete registration process" as causal.
