Am trying to add a video introduction Advert under intro >>External MP4 video but am getting "The Image size of the poster for the video is too large .Reduce it and re upload it " error .How do i proceed or what are the exact dimensions for the external MP4 video that are accepted in the system.

The error you has is not related to the video size but to the Poster Image size: the limit is 500Kbyte.

Thank you for this. Editing the Video worked.
1. now we want to update to version 6.
upon checking the first 2 beta versions are not visible and we only have 6.0.147. Is it okay to directly update to this or how do we get the two
previous betas to upgrade to first?
2. We have a content injector and want to integrate it to one of the gateways.How do we upgrade it to latest available version as it shows an error
relating to " maintenance contract wasn't signed" how do we proceed in order to update and integrate it with one of the gateways ?will it also still require the user to download a certificate file or there has been any changes ?

Hi Joseph,

1. Yes, you can directly update your HSNM to the latest 6.0.147 version;

2. You have to sign a maintenance contract for your CO.IN contacting our Commercial office and talking with Marisa.
Once you signed it you will be able to update your CO.IN and no other actions will be required. Because update doesn't change your previous
configuration.

1. We have 420000 +users currently registered to the system .before the update to version 6 are there any steps that you would advise eg purging data ?
2. In terms of advertising on the welcome portal.We have put an image on the Welcome portal into and it displays for 5 seconds. is it possible for it so
auto skip add after the 5 seconds without pressing skip ad ?and proceed to the login app ??

Hi Joseph,

1. I only suggest you to perform a backup and then to perform the upgrade when HSNM doesn't have a high number of connecting users (in the late evening or early in the morning). Because it may take a long time for the upgrade and users could experience some slowdown during the authentication process.

2. I'm sorry but no, it isn't. Currently there isn't the possiblity to auto skip the addvertise after the seconds you set for its visualization.

1.We have scheduled the upgrade for Friday 24th August 2018 at 10:00 AM GMT +3 .We would like to request availability of your teams support Via Skype or any other instant Messaging option during the upgrade process. I can share my Skype address before we commence the upgrade.
2.In the skip advert issue . What do we need to do to have that feature enabled on our system
3. kindly clarify whether it is possible to have left side and right side banners appear on mobile devices.

1. In Italy we are using GMT+2 in this season. So we will be in the office. I want to reassure you that updating process is not a problematic procedure;

Elated to learn about advertising campaign and its functioning. Video and image optimization chosen by my known through Adwords Marketing was really wonderful. Worked very well on their part. Got immense traffic on their website in such less time and planning to start a new one in few months.

Hello We successfully Updated to version 6 and so far so good.

1. when are we going to get new welcome portal templates ? a change would be good.
2.is it possible to integrate a third party the system with a third party impressions and clicks server ?
3.Also i noted on the captive portal at times it takes time to resolve when i type the URL to call the landing page IE cnn.com is there a way to make it resolve to the landing page faster
4.The landing page also times out (domain could not be found) at times after resolving to the URL. is there a way of ensuring this doesn't happen often ?
