Issues with google and facebook login General questions and topics about hsnm

Hi,

We are trying to set up registration via facebook and goolge but we are constantly getting this messages:

"The identity of www.facebook.com cannot be verified by the wi-fi. Review the certificate details to continue."

"The identity of accounts.google.com cannot be verified by the wi-fi. Review the certificate details to continue"

Does anybody know why are we getting this message and how can we solve this issue?

Hi Matija
When did you have this issue? After filling the facebook's or google's username and password? Or when?
How did you configure the Facebook and Google APP?
Have you enabled HTTPS on HSNM or on GW? Or on both?

Please share same screenshot or video of the error and configuration otherwise it is very difficult to help us.

The error pops up after attempting to log on with Facebook option.
I have attached the error when trying to connect via mobile phone.

Anyway the problem could be due by certificate problem on your GW....
Did you try to do the same from the Welcome Portal preview? If YES, did you have the same problem or not?
