integration coin with live Gateway General questions and topics about hsnm

Dear Support,

As I have successfully tested HTTP POP injection in the test environment by the continuous support of you. Now I have planned to integrate with the live gateway by taking all the facilities of coin especially using as an injection and cash in server. Can you please provide me a checklist of precaution before applying. Because as you know all the end-user are connected.

Dear Support,
As an example when I am enabling coin under hsnm gateway I am unable to access the internet when the coin is shutdown. Let's say I want to back my previous settings. How can I do that, just removing the GUID? I hope you understand my point. As I have a single coin I may need to apply in another gateway for some reason.

Shudown and removing GUID still not going back to my previous settings. Mikrotik Gateway IP still showing the same COIN IP. In this case, required your kind assistance.

By our test removing COIN guid, rolls back gateway IP.
Can you please describe what you've done in detail?

Dear Support,
1.Shutdown the appliance and wait when its not worked then
2.remove the GUID and save .
3.Finally restart the Gateway

The script that changes the configuration is scheduled every 3 minutes by default.
So if you immediately reboot the appliance you cannot see your new configuration.

I did wait for a minimum of 5 minutes in every step. Ok, I will double-check and let u know. Please clear one thing, I will just shut down the coin or I need to remove GUID.
