Hi there, Paystack does not load from the recharge option

Ensure Paystack Walled garden entries are in place.
If you don't use Mikrotik as Gateway, you've to do it manually.
If you use Mikrotik, ensure the WalledGarden script is running and roundrobindomains.txt is filled with your hsnm Domain server address.

Please try to change GW DNS because even from your HSNM preview this is working.

hi there, i still cant get paystack to show the page when trying to recharge

i have also changed to https by default - still not showing page

the "blue" picture is when i connect to hsnm via mobile data and view it as preview from the hsnm setup - then it works, but when i try to connect from the hotspot is does not load

We tested with a Mikrotik gw with basic Walled gardens passed automatically from the HSNM and it works:

So please double-check your networking.
To better test, the issue try with a Notebook connected to the Hotspot wifi and open the Browser console to ensure all calls goes to 200.

hi there, i have tried from 4 different networks, and they all giving me the same result. when i am connected on the hotspot, i put the user/password, i click on recharge, click on paystack - i get that error page

when i test it from "preview" from within hsnm everything works, and i can get the paystack payment page

can you please tell me or give me some pointers on where i still need to look?

Have you tested with a notebook with the Browser console opened as We told you?

we did try yes. same result

We cannot see the Console opened.
Can you please show us the Console of your browser if it contains errors?
