Hi there!

Is there any option to split data rate limit set in a product policy between concurrent conections.
We want to have a product policy with 2 Concurrent connections and 10Mbps data rate splited. If there is 1 device logged it will have the entire 10Mbps and if you log with the 2nd device the 10Mbps will be splited 5 for each device.

We know there is the option to split for time limit and date limit. Is it possible to split also data rate ?

it is possible to split traffic or time but not speed.
In your product policy you will have this option:

Yes, that's what we have seen.
So there is no possibility to split this data rate ? Maybe instead of using device connection for data rate limit, could be used for users connected?

this is not easy to achieve.
Since you will connect 1 device at a time the first one will have 100% of 10mbps.
The second one will theoretically have 5 (since 10/2) but the first one will retain 10mbps till the next connection.

Data allowance/Time calculation is made before the login and this is the only possibility at the moment.

If it can feet your needs, We can ask if it will be possible to do the same for speed.

We will try an other method to do it, as this won't solve 100% our request.
