Urgent Support Request – Lost Access to Virtualized HSNM

by dpaz » 19 Mar 2025, 23:30

Dear HSNM Support Team,

I am reaching out regarding a critical issue with my virtualized HSNM instance. I originally acquired a perpetual license, and I recently changed the management port to HTTPS. However, I did not install a certificate beforehand, and as a result, HTTPS is not functioning properly.

I was unaware that enabling HTTPS would automatically disable HTTP, and now I am unable to access HSNM via either protocol. I attempted to log into the CentOS machine hosting HSNM, but I do not have the credentials, which I assume are managed by your team. Consequently, I am unable to troubleshoot or access the system via SSH/TELNET.

Our published HSNM domain is hsnm.springhoteles.com.
To better illustrate the issue, I have attached two images for your reference.

Could you please assist me in regaining access to HSNM? Any guidance or support would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,
Diego Paz

Apologies, but I have a significant issue, I only speak Spanish and do not speak English. Therefore, I will not be able to clearly explain the situation via Teams.

To help you, we need Web access or SSH direct access to this HSNM.
SSH access is restricted to our IPS so you will not able to access by your side.
We have tested via Web URL provided, but It seems not reachable at the moment.

Have you been able to check anything? Please assist me, as I have three hotels currently without Wi-Fi service.
